Kelly Ripa Workout diet is not really tough to follow. It follows some key guidelines like all other diet plans. Some of these points are given below:
· Have the meals on time and do not ever miss them.
· As far as possible, have home cooked food.
· Have lots of salads, especially green leafy vegetables and fish.
· Avoid red meat.
· Do not have junk food or the processed food.
· Replace white bread with brown bread.
· As far as possible have whole wheat products & recipes.
· Quit smoking and drinking alcoholic drinks.
· Avoid sugary foods.
