lose one pound a day

I just hope I could some day lose one pound a day . For this I have tried so many things. Rigorous exercise is one on the top of the list. Actually weight loss is only possible with the right diet and exercises. But pushing yourself too hard in to exercises just one fine morning might make you ill. You must gain stamina slowly and steadily. For this you need to exercise daily. Initially start with 20 minutes work out per day and keep adding 10 minutes as you gain more stamina. The same thing applies in cutting the calories in the diet.
