For all those mothers recently undergone a delivery, if the bulge on your tummy irritating you this is all you have to read to know as to how to get a flat stomach after pregnancy. The best thing that you can do is include walking for about half an hour in your daily routine at any time of the day. It is quite safe and doesn’t leave you exhausted as well. You can start off with brisk walks and then gradually increase you speed over the weeks. You do need some patience to get visible differences but trust me you fell soon get the perfect figure you desire.
