Proven ways to grow taller – Healthy sleeping habits

Research has shown that sleeping is one of the proven ways to grow taller. But does it mean sleeping at any 8 – 9 of the day will do? No! We turn nights into day in modern times and are no longer in tune with our biological needs. In fact, the health philosophy of the yogis includes going to sleep by nine and arising with the sun. In terms of sleep, the hours you get before midnight are most valuable and most restful. If you don’t believe you can test it out. You just never know the effects this will have on the amount of growth hormones being released into your system. Sleep as much as you need to, there’s really no such thing as oversleeping. You’ll stay asleep as long as your system needs you to, then you will wake up.
