Heart attack prevention should be at the top of your list of priorities. Heart disease and heart attacks are two of the leading causes of death among people these days. You can help prevent your heart attack in so many ways.

Setting aside a part of the day for workout and regaining slim and toned body should be your first prerogative. The most common excuses for being out of shape are time, lack of energy, and lack of money.
