Stair Sprints for Both Beginner and Expert Fitness Needs

I’m new to working out so I need a program that is easy to learn as well as something that I can keep up with even when I’m traveling. Joining a gym is costly and when I’m out of town will not have access so I am ruling that method out. A friend suggested a program that utilizes stair sprints, he was telling me there are a many benefits to the exercise program and people from beginner to expert will find the program useful. I like the idea that I can start an exercise program and keep with it as my body becomes more and more fit.
