Take a Bath Before Going to Bed – Everybody already knows that when the body is cool, it is conducive to sleeping, specially if the environment is parallel to its condition. When the body’s temperature is raised at night, it will facilitate sleep better. This will also enable you to reach, but not guarantee, deep sleep. A condition where most of the body’s healing takes place.  However, if it comes to the point where you feel to cold to take a bath, you can settle for a half bath. What you need is to wash your limbs and face. These parts are the hottest parts in external body. When they are cooled, you will feel better, thus making your psychosomatic state more conducive to sleeping.
