My colon has been giving me problems for years. I’ve never been able to get rid of this problem. But I have found a way to control it. I use colon cleanse from my local health store to help me. The colon cleanse I use is high in fiber and it is helping my weight management. I take some colon cleanse about a half an hour before every meal, and it helps me eat less at mealtime.
