Too Much Coffee and Stress Caused Me to Have Panic Attacks

March 9th, 2009

I have been a big coffee drinker for years so I never thought in a million years that it would cause me to have panic attacks.  Okay, so caffeine causing an increase in heart rate and I have a lot of work stress.  I really never thought about how that combination would cause these attacks but then when you are busy you don’t think about such things.  Now that I have come to realize these things were affecting me it is clear what caused them.  I got help for panic attacks by reading up on the causes and symptoms and then asking my doctor for remedies.  Naturally he wanted to give me drugs but I asked for natural remedies so he told me of special exercises and herbal treatments so I could treat myself without drugs.  I found my treatment. Now it’s your turn.
