weight loss yoga

Is there a difference between yoga and weight loss yoga? NOt really.The truth is that there are different types of yoga but they are all good for you.Some yoga workout are more strenous then others however and weight loss yoga should be as such. If you want to do weight loss yoga I would suggest bikrams yoga. It’s done in a hot studio where you work hard and sweat alot. The yoga is for anyone.The postures in weight loss yoga are easy to start and difficult to master.This means that abnsolutly anyone can do this yoga. You do each postureas best you can. As you practice you are able to do more and more. Bypushing yourself each class to reach a bit further you accomplish alot.
