What can you expect from stair climbing

Stair training is a big part of my No Gym Workout Program. In fact I wrote the Ultimate Stair Exercises before I even wrote NGN. The reason for me was that stairs really helped at a time when I could not exercise much due to an injury and subsequent surgery for a hernia.I became very depressed and stairs became an answer for me. Can it be an answer for you? What can you expect from using them? How about increased strength, power, flexibility and conditioning. And if that is not enoug tons of fat loss and a new training tool added to your exercise tool. Do not underestimate the power of this training tool.
