Wu-Yi Tea And Weight Loss

April 23rd, 2009

A study published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, showed that the green tea contains a high concentration of antioxidant like the catechin, polyphenols, epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) that is at least 100 times more effective than the vitamin C and 25 times more effective than the vitamin E at protecting cells and DNA from damage, believed to be the responsible for the beginning of cancer. It includes also the caffeine. These composts can enhance the energy use way over the effects of the pure caffeine.

The wu-yi tea is almost always present in the composition of most of the weight loss products because it speeds up the metabolism and helps to burn fat.
