Hard or Soft At Least it’s Water

I had never given much thought to the type of water I have in my home, up until a few days ago that is. Turns out there are major differences in water. There is hard water and soft water which is basically hard water that has been treated with sodium to remove the minerals in the hard water. Of course I never thought that I would get a chemistry lessons on a cloth diaper blog either, but I did and now I have to figure out what kind of water I have so I can use the right type of detergent in my laundry.
