The chair and ottoman had to be reupholstered with a different fabric

Three years ago I have purchased sofa,chair and ottoman from furniture 123 store…it was not cheap and I picked the highest quality material. The chair and ottoman had to be reupholstered with a different fabric with the first 3 months. The couch cushions frayed and were replaced in 6 months. Recently the couch cushions are fraying again. When I went to the store I purchased from, I was told the fabric was discontinued due to poor performance. I was told to write a letter and was given the answer they would again replace my cushions. I wanted the whole couch to be reupholstered w/a different fabric as other parts of the couch was fraying. They told me material had a 1 yr warantee.mine was replaced after 6 months and now w/the same problem. I will never buy from this store again.
