Count Me In On The Loan

I have this buddy who wants me to go in on some land with him. I have never been too keen of business propositions like this. However, the plot of land that he wants us to buy is some really good property and could be very profitable if we flip it just right. Since this is a buyers market all we need to do is get our credit report and be approved for the loan for the land. AFter that we can go after investors to try and make this land a piece of property that is desired by businesses from all over the state.
