Getting My Money Via Ira Distribution

I am starting to reach the end of my life. There are plenty of people who might think that this is a sad time. On the contrary I have been loving life more than ever. One of the things that I have done to ensure this happening is making sure that my Ira Distribution is taken care of. I know there is a minimum amount of money that I need to start taking off once I turn 70. But for now I am safe. However, I have been wondering how much I should be taking from the account before I start to get too low.
