My Friend The Neat Freak

I went over to my friends house and when I got there I noticed that she had a towel over her area rug. I asked her about it and she told me that since it was raining she didn’t want it to get all wet because then it would get muddy and dirty and she told me that the rug was a gift that her aunt had brought her from her trip to Peru. So I just took my shoes off to be safe because I didn’t want to ruin her rug or any other part of her house for that matter. Although I think she overreacts sometimes because she is something if a neat freak and it just gets on my nerves sometimes.
