Pasta Makers Allowed Me To Experiment With The Recepies

My first attempt at making pasta was a dismal failure. The pasta tasted bland and to call it ugly would be paying it a complement. I was told that all it took was practice. That may be right but what I found was that by investing in one of the pasta makers I was able to turn out perfect looking pasta every time. Once I had the technique down I was able to experiment with what I was putting into the dough. I now make pasta with a variety of herbs and spices added and do not have to worry about the production end of the process.
