The Kid Has No Idea It Is Good For Them.

I am next going to write a cook book that is a bunch of recipes that are aimed toward the types of foods that kids like. I am going to make typical meals that kids like and hide a few “good for you” ingredients in there. My first recipe is a grilled cheese. Sounds harmless enough, but what is hidden inside is what is good for you. I take the typical cheddar cheese and grind up some fish oil in it. They never taste it and they get their daily recommended amount of it. It is a good trick my mom taught me for my kids.
