Many site built home builders have recently been moving into the field of Prefab homes. It  estimated thatFactory built homes now constitute as much as a fifth of all single family residences put up in the  annually. This market share is going to continue to climb up as the industry continues to be refined and expanded. Building walls, roofs, floors and most of the Louisiana Modular Home Builder’ most-valuable component parts inside manufacturing plants where there is no weather disturbance to slow down the building process, shrinks the contractors’ labor costs and encourages their .
