Wonder How Others Are Surviving Separation and Divorce

My wife and I have been talking about separating lately. Neither of us are happy and we have been wondering why we are dragging it out as much as we are. We do not have any children, so there is no need to continue on in an unhappy marriage. I am wondering how others are Surviving Divorce and separation. I know that even though I feel like our marriage is over, it is still going to be a hard adjustment for me. I would like to know what others have done to make it easier on them now and in the long run.
