My Sister in West Chester

My sister just moved to West Chester, Pennsylvania because of the low mortgage rates being offered right now. The houses are so big there and downtown is sure a sight! It’s great to spend a day there window shopping and seeing the historical buildings. I didn’t know my sister could afford to live in that area but she said her West Chester PA mortgage rate was a steal and so she just did it. I guess having a house there says you have money and status and taste! I just like the tree-lined streets of downtown and the amazing castle structure of the West Chester University. This has got to be her best decision ever!
