Needing A Fence

My neighbors had an in ground pool. There was quite a distance between us but they didn’t have a fence so you could see everything that was going on. I had small children and pets and I was always afraid they would end up in the pool. I had tried to talk to my neighbors about this concern and they would just blow me off. I looked up the laws for pool fence NY and found it was the law to have a fence around a pool. I told this to the neighbor and they finally put a fence up. I now don’t have to worry about my animals or children falling in their pool.
