Searching for Advice on How to Flirt with Women

Night after night I go out with my guy friends and watch them flirt with and talk to women. I am often my friends’ wind man. But I am tired of not meeting any women myself and just watching my friends. I am searching for advice on how to flirt with women. I have asked my guy friends for advice but they have just teased me and given me a hard time. I think I am going to look on the Internet so I can get some discreet advice from the privacy of my own home, without anyone giving me a hard time.
