Stick With Those Guitar Scales And You’ll Get Better

As a young teenager, I remember asking my parents over and over to get a guitar for christmas or my birthday.  It felt like I had been asking for an eternity, and they, like many parents do, promise a guitar if their child promises to take it seriously and practice it sever times a week.  Well, I got the guitar, and to this day, I still find myself practicing my guitar scales from time to time.  It reminds me of all the study and hard work I put into those guitar scales at first, so long ago.  And makes me proud that I stuck with it all the way through.
