The questions my friend Richard had for me.

Richard and I have been good friends for the past thirty years. One thing that we have done during our friendship is to go surfing every other morning. Over the years this has kept us in shape and also kept our weight down. Yesterday while surfing Richard told me that he was planning to go to Europe and that he would be gone for four to six months. One thing he wanted to do was to buy foreign currency before he left. I work for a large finance company and he thought I knew about topics like foreign currency exchange and where to do it.
