We Need to Find Our Recycling Bins

We recently moved into a new house in a neighborhood on the opposite side of town.  When we were first looking at the house I noticed recycling bins at all the neighboring houses.  I remember remarking to my husband that it will be nice to have this service coming to the house.  At our old house we had to drop off our bins ourselves.  I’m not sure what I didn’t do right.  When the trash collection service dropped off the new rubbish bins they didn’t bring the recycling bins.  I don’t know if there is a different company that does the recycling or if they made a mistake.  I need to ask one of my neighbors about this.
