Butter Crock

During the preparation of one of my gourmet meals served to friends and family, one of the things most needed is fresh butter.

I use this almost perfect ingredient on just about anything I cook.

When you have butter in the frying pan and can smell the great aroma,  you know you have perfection.

One of the problems with butter is to use it fresh, and that is where the butter crock comes in handy.

Without this great little device, I would have to attempt to use a hard stick of butter and that would not be the way to go.

Get the butter crock and use it.
