Grater Plate

When sitting around the table with other great chefs of the world and we start talking about the good the bad and the ugly of the cooking world, one of the things that I hear is the hatred for grating garlic and other fine things we use in our gourmet dishes.
When I mention the fact that I use the famous grater plate and that grating the ingredients previously mentioned I get looks of astonishment and they just don’t understand how happy a cook can be using this little gem.
