While my family was on vacation we had a little car trouble. We stopped at a small restaurant on the edge of a quaint town and ask for assistance. The restaurant owner allowed us the use of his laptop computer so we could access local new car dealers nationwide and find a repair shop for our vehicle. We were quite impressed with the people of this small town in the middle of nowhere. One person offered to look at the vehicle for us, another person offered us a free night at the local hotel, and a third person offered to give us a ride to the nearest dealership to get a rental car.

For years I’ve been interested in learning an instrument but I keep thinking it’s too hard. I really shouldn’t let that stand in my way. I need to stop thinking things are too much for me and just dive in and do them! There’s nothing scary about beginner guitar. It’s called beginner for a reason, right? I guess I’m just thinking I should have started when I was younger and now starting later in life is going to give me some sort of disadvantage. Like I said, I shouldn’t think that. I can do anything I put my mind to and right now I want to learn to strum some of the best songs ever written.

My husband and I just went shopping. We were looking at Dining Room Furniture, and we found exactly what I had hoped that we would find. It is a beautiful set with a large table and eight chairs. The wood is cherry, I love the color. The table has a leaf in the middle so we can make it bigger or smaller if we need to. This set reminds me so much of the dining room set that my grandparents used to have. That was what I wanted, something as close to that as possible. It is going to be delivered tomorrow.

For our 10th wedding anniversary my husband and I wanted take an extra special vacation to celebrate. We didn’t have to look too long before deciding to go to a beautiful Kauai Resort. The resort on the Hawaiian island of Kauai provided all of the luxuries that any tropical resort should. There were miles of white sand beaches, sparkling pools, pampering spas, fine dining, and water activities. And everything was right there on the property. The staff was amazing. They were available 24/7 to see that we were comfortable and having a great time. They even helped plan a surprise romantic dinner on the beach. It was the most romantic night of our 10 years together.
