My Wife Needed Help Buying Commercial Property

My wife recently decided to quit her job as an accountant and open up a catering business. At first she thought that she might rent a space for her business but after looking at the tax advantages and investment opportunities she decided that she was more interested in buying commercial property. I knew a guy who was a commercial real estate agent and I hired him to help my wife find a property. He found several great properties and my wife had a difficult time deciding which one to buy.
