Is Obama spending his legacy on campaign promises?

With the figures involved ever changing, is obama spending his legacy and just how many of his campaign promises has he broken already?  There are definitely more questions than answers when it comes to the presidency of Barack Hussein Obama.

While Obama is specific in regards to his spending proposals, he is much less so with this savings proposals.  This makes his spending plans very firm and solid.  His idea of expanding the nations health care coverage to one hundred fifteen billion dollars, combined with refundable tax credits of seventy two billion dollars for workers make for high hopes like that song… high apple pie in the sky hopes.  That leads to the old saying of time will tell, that is if we can wait that long.
