The dating after divorce advice

The one thing I have been having problems with for the past few weeks is dating. I had gotten divorced about a year ago and still have very strong feelings for my ex-wife. I suppose this is a very common and I should learn to deal with it. A couple of days before I talked to my friend Paul who went through a divorce five years ago for some dating after divorce advice. Paul is about 10 years older than me and has always been able to give me some pretty good advice. We had a very good conversation on Wednesday night,
