Researching Breast Implants

I am going to do some research today and find where I can get the best breast implants Dallas has to offer. I have been saving for this for years and I finally have enough money to get the work done. My husband has said that he does not mind if I have breast implants, but I can tell that he is nervous about it. I tried to reassure him that I would love him no matter what. This is for me.
