Made DSi consoles smaller

March 28th, 2009

The thing that gets me about DSi consoles is how they are slightly smaller than the older versions which were a bit bigger. I know how they did it though so I’m not quite as amazed as other people are. The way they made DSi consoles smaller than the old DSes was by taking out the slot for the game boy Advance carts which means the new system is not backward compatible. I don’t know if this a good thing or if it’s not worthwhile making the DSi consoles a little bit smaller but no longer letting them play old games.
