No Way to Hide from the Ncic Database

July 18th, 2009

Everyone leaves fingerprints in many different ways.  There is the literal fingerprint that people all have on the ends of their fingers.  There are also fingerprints that are left through the activities people conduct every day of their lives.  The Ncic database makes it possible for people to be followed depending on the kinds of activities they are engaged in.  The meaning of this is that there is a much higher level of safety for everyone knowing that the ones who are trying to break the system and work outside the law are being watched and followed through the system that is used.
