On The Road With My Ipod

May 7th, 2009

I’m an over-the-road truck driver.  I’ve been driving for 15 years and have tried all the tricks of the trade when it comes to staying awake during night drives.  Coffee, eating snacks, and listening to the radio.  For my 45th birthday my sister gave me an Ipod.  Before I leave home on a run, I just download all the music and pod casts I want.  I discovered that not all power problems call for ipod battery replacement.  There are any number of reasons why an Ipod can lose power, one of which is leaving it unplugged from the charger over night.  I found a site online that educated me in the ways to preserve the battery life of my Ipod.
