The R4 DS is here to stay

There has been much speculation that the Nintendo DS is going to crack down on the illegal firmware the R4 has been creating. The consences is that the cost to really catch all these small companies and put them out of business would be more than what it takes out of there pocket a year (r4 ds lite). So it seems that things will stay the same for now. The R4 sellers believed that this was the case for some time says seller dealsextreme for instance. The cockiness of companies like that who spit in the eye of nintendo are pushing there luck.
