Why Ben needed to find a website that had a look up cell phone number feature

The other day I was over at my friend Ben’s. I go over there now and then because it is always so peaceful. Ben is a writer and has become quite good at what he has been writing about. While I was over there he told me that he had been receiving lots of weird phone calls and he didn’t know what to make of these phone calls. I told him that all he needed to do was go online and find a website that had a look up cell phone number feature. He went online and found a few of them.
