Planning a staycation needn’t mean staying at home, doing the regular mundane tasks that you imagine.  Staying in your home country for your annual holiday can be the perfect opportunity to explore your surrounding and become more familiar with the place that you call home.  Staycations can be the perfect opportunity to get all of the family together, particularly as budgetary constraints are removed given that there is no need to worry about  saving up to pay a hefty airfare.  Everyone can be rest assured that their pound will go that extra mile.  When organising a staycation it is important to approach the planning process just like you would with a regular holiday.  Decide on a budget, decide on a suitable location, and decide what you plan on doing when you get there.  It is easy for spending to spiral out of control if you don’t know exactly how much you have to spend and how much you are going to need to spend in order to get the most out of your holiday.
