Questions About the New Age Health Spa

I have been thinking about taking a trip lately, and I really want it to be one that will be really relaxing. I want to go to a spa and get all the treatments, like massages, manicures, and pedicures. I just don’t know which one to go to. I have heard about this new age health spa and I have some questions. What does it mean when it says that it is a new age health spa? Do they do treatments that relate to the person and how they feel about life, or do they use new techniques when it comes to massage and therapy?
