The Grand Canyon – Living it Up in Your Own Back Yard

I can’t even begin to tell you of the blast you can have – right here in your own back yard! Carved out beautifully by the Colorado River, the Grand Canyon has become an unprecedented tourist attraction.One of the most popular activities at the Grand Canyon has been Colorado white water rafting. You have to be pretty particular with how you get to the canyon valley though to do your rafting. Although it is possible to get to the valley by a hike, mule back, or even from upriver, if you’re looking to take a river rafting trip through the Grand Canyon, I wouldn’t do try it without the help of a pro. My advice would be to find yourself a trained guide, and go and have a blast!
